Iโ€™m new here…..I have a small balcony, sheltered but gets plenty of sunlight….looking to grow a few veggies and am looking for inspiration. Iโ€™ve never really been green fingered so am brand new to growing my own! Looking forward to the experience.

    Hello @faye.th
Welcome to the forum – and gardening in general ๐Ÿ™‚ why not try some salad vegetables – start them off from seed indoors on a windowsill then move them outdoors into a small raised bed like https://goto4gardening.co.uk/product/vegepod-small-raised-garden-bed-with-garden-cover/

    Hi @happytess
Welcome to the forum – do you know what kind of rose bush you have? – different cultivars have different pruning techniques – useful article here https://goto4gardening.co.uk/how-to-prune-roses/
Please lmk how you get on.

    A warm welcome to @nik1
Good luck with your new garden – if it’s large and neglected main thing is to divide it into small manageable chunks and clear a bit at a time

Thanks, good tip, I think I will do that and aim for a section a week. I feel way more motivated not thinking about it all in one go!! ๐Ÿ™‚
