We are looking for some easy to tend to vegetables to grow in our garden so the kids can help and see the benefits of growing our own
Not a vegetable, but mint is really easy and you can make some great fresh mint tea with it!

Peas are easy to grow and manage. Place seeds in a small plant pot with compost and place it on the window ledge indoors till it get see to 15cm, then plant outside.
