    think of the architectural veg –
    *kale
    *rainbow chard
    *climbing beans (for height)

    for starters!

    bit late unless you can find the plants, but my rainbow chard is looking amazing this year. really colourful stems/veins. big leaves on the green stems and smaller leaves on the red stems.

    Artichokes are great. Also espalier fruit trees.
